When Prim firts got me I was nothing but a tuff of hair. My ear was chewed off from a dog I managed to escape. Primrose was full of warmth as she picked me up and took me home. I knew her bigger sister did not want me but she gave in to Prim's will. Everybody loved Primrose. Untill this day I do not like Katniss.  She treats me as an univtied geuss so everytime she comes near I hiss and watch in amusesment as she scowls and walk away. At a certain time of the day she just disappears. She always comes back for food so I assume she buys food from the human market. One day I followed her and saw her go into the forest. She was hunting! Surely that was illegal in the human world. Killing poor animals. Wasnt that a cats job? I watch her go off to hunt and I slowly follow behind her without hers or Prim's knowledge. She was good at hunting I can admit but bad at seeing love. I could hear Gale talk about running away. He really loved Katniss yet she did not see it. I eased closer to hear him. As they talked I caught something out of the corner of my eye. It was a rabbit. My stomach grumbled on cue. I crouched down and watched the rabbit hop around. I waited and finally leaped on him. He was too fast and got away. I knew I was fat but this was just wrong. I chased him for about two mintues but then I got tired. Something else rusltled in the leaves. I looked behind the bush and saw two people on the grass. It was Katniss. And Gale? They were in some type of embrace and they were locking lips. Locking lips ? They were kissing! I knew it was just a matter of time before Gale made his move. Yet , it seemed strange because wasnt he suppose to be licking her fur instead. What if she was to bite him with her sharp teeth. Snap! I forgot humans were wierd . Katniss pushed Gale away and left. I watched a Gale laid their. I wondered was he going to go after her . Her did not make a move. I wanted to chair him up so I put on the cute cat face Prim seemed to like and walked over to him. He was suprised. I puured as he brought me to his chest and rubbed my fur. "She will come around," I said. He seemed to understand and said " I know girl. She will come around."

Peeta Point of View : Peeta

" Okay, but within that framework, there's still you, ther's still me ," he insists


I knew my life was over untill I saw her. My Kitty is what I call her , secretly of course. She was beautiful with her face set in determination as she cleaned my wounds. I sew the green hue under her perfectly tan skin. She wasnt used to this and I was trying not to laugh. Katniss. My love. I knew the she would come but the thread of hope began to shrivel when i formede an alliance with the others." Did Cato cut you?" She asked bring me from my reverie. I nodded my head" Left leg. Up High." Trying not to me my leg. It was numb from my thigh to my knee from laying in the mud to ong. She cleaned my off more and gasped when she saw my leg. I knew it was bad. It was

Gale side of the story: Gale

" Leave the district. Run off. Live in the woods. You and I, we could make it."says Gale
I watched her face appear on the screen as she kissed Peeta Mallark again. My stomache chuurned with jealosuy. I quickly cut the screen off and went back in the living room to help Prim and Mrs.Everdeen." You okay honey," Mrs. Everdeen said as she watched my face taunt with anger. I tightly nodded my head aand continued to help her cook for Prim, My brothers, Andrew,Sash,and Kelly, . I kneade the bread poruing all of my anger into it. How could she do this?How could she just kiss him and not feel gulity? I stopped kneading and something my heart stopped in my chest. I Love Her. I just realaized I love Katniss Everdeen. I remeber the first time I saw roaming in the forset. She was just 11 years old with a mop of hair and eyes too big for her face. I called her Catnip because thats what I thought her name was. She never smiled untill she got in the forest. I loved to watch her in awe as she shot her arrow hitting her target every time. As she grew I started tolook at her differnly and She became even more beautiful to me. The first time she Kissed Petta Mallerk , I watched to hit something. My insides raged with anger. When I saw her before she left to go to the Capitol I didnt want to let her go. I wanted to nihale the smell of fresh flowers. She was my summer and my spring wrapped in one. I love the way she laugh, the way she walk like flowing silk over land, the way her smile lights up my moods. I love everything about her and I love her. I tried to tell her but I was pulled out before I could get the chance. " Gale." Prim whispered from behind me. I turned around and my heart constricted. She was silently crying. " What's wrong Prim. Please dont cry." I said as I scooped her in my arms and held her to me." I miss Katniss Gale." she whispered as her tears soaked my shirt. " Me too , Prim she will come back to us." I whispered. A knawing clawed my insides. " You promise." she whispered as she looked at her. Her blue eyes clear with tears." I promise." I whispered not sure. I kissed her on the nose and set her down. She started to walk away but she stopped and turned her eyes filled with wisdom. " Do you love her Gale?" she asked. My heart stuttered in my chest. I hestitated but I told her the truth. " Yes, I love your sister."

Training Gone Wrong : Judges

" Everybody stares at me in disbelief"

Pitricia Bonds, Mauella Gombone, Harrisle Hum, Fisco Duvel, and Jetskin Lossd were just trying to get this over with. These kids are losers thought Pitricia while she sat in the judges box and watch the kids train. Did i forget to feed my cat again thought Harrisle Hum. The rest of the judes were either reading or preoccupied by the buffet. It was only one who payed attention. That was  Fisco Duvel. He silently watched one particular person. The girl from District 12. shes beautiful he thought as he watched the way she moved. Jetskin Lossd watched Fisco Duvel watch Katniss. how interesting he thought. Fisco was un aware he was being watched. A flurry of activity caught everyones attention in the judes box. A roasted pig was sent in. It was beautiful . Finally something to do Manuella Gombone thought as she greedily walked over to the table. Everybody in the box was under 28 because there parents were in a business meeting. It was mandatory that they be there. All the judges turned their attention to the roasted pig. Finally Jetskin Lossd exclaimed in his head. The dug in not noticing the Katniss showing tremedous skills in her training. They were oblivious to her anger and never saw it coming. An arrow shot straight threw the booth into the pigs mouth. They all gasped and fell back. What in the world Mualla Gombone thought. All at once they turned to look at the culprit. The girl Fisco Duvel said in awe as he walked closer to the edge. " Thank you for your time" Katniss said and she left. Marvelous thought Fisco Duvel. " Who was that ." Jetskin Lossd demaned. He was livid and thought she desevred punishment for her actions. " Kaniss Everdeen From Distict 12" Patricia Bonds said turning her attention back to the pig and determined to get her fill."That was suprising" Harrisle Hum said. " She is a nussiance and wiil be punished" Jetskin Lossd growled angry that anyone deared to do that. " She is not a nussiance but a vibrant young women" Fisco said smiling . Everybody turned to him. He was the youngest at 18 and considered immature. " you like her dont you." Manuella Gombone said. Fisco nodded and left the booth. " Can we just hurry up and vote." said Patrticia. everybody nodded. Jetsin said " she deserves a 1" Everybody dissagreed. Patricia just nodded her head trying to hurry this along. " she deseveres a 11 for showing bravery and anger". said Harrisle Hum. she desevres her tongue cut out thought Jetskin darkly. Expasperated he agreed with Harristle. " All in favor raise your hand." said Manuella. Everybody raised their hand. " Okay meeting dissmissed." Everybody leftbut Jetskin Lossd. He was livid and he wanted retaliation. She will get hers he thought finally leaving.

Unexpected Kill : Peeta and Katniss

" ' How could I have killer her?' In answer, I hold out the berries ."

Katniss and Peeta were hunting for something to eat. Peeta knew he was making alot of noise and scaring the hunt way." I'll just go back," he told her.  yea that would be a smart idea. Katniss thought snidely. Out loud she said " Let's just split up." Peeta nodded and went in the opposite direction. I could be more helpful he thought as he surveyed the area for anything that can helpful. Katniss set up snares in different areas. She heard a russtle then a cry. Katniss rolled her eyes and looked skyward. He is just useless she thought. Peeta fell onto a bush with thorns and berries. I hate this !  he thought as he got up. That's when he noticed the dark blue berries. He grinned a gleeful grin. See i can be useful. Katniss walked behind him as he picked the berries. " What are you doing?" she asked walking closer. Peeta stuck his head up and came up with a handfull of berries. They look familiar to Katniss but she couldn't place them. Peeta stood up and said " See i could be helpful." Katniss shook her head so he think She thought. " Lets gather up my catch and make it back to camp." she said. Petta collected more berries and followed her. As they dropped there stuff off to go look for more food they was startled by the bang of the cannon. What was that Peeta and Katniss thought. They both looked up and saw Foxface flash in the sky. They looked at each other and shrugged. " Less for us ." Peeta said. they walked back to cmp and found a body laying next to their camp. Katniss quickly readied her arow. They walked slowly and catiously. That body looks familair Peeta thought. Peeta walked a head of Katniss and turned the body over. They gasped. Foxface. They thought concurrenly. " How did she die?" Peeta said to Katniss. Katniss finally identified those berries. They were Nightlock. The were deadly. She knew how she died. " you killed her." She said. What.  He thought. " How could I have killed her?" Wordlessly she held out the berries.

Katniss Gets Help : Katniss

" ' This is it', I think and for Prims sake i hope it will be fast."

I grabbed the pack as soon as i could. Not fast enough when a knife flies by. I stumble and the second one catches my on the forehead. The blood runs doen into my eye. I was cut above my right eyebrow. " ahh." I hiss as the bloddd blinds me. I stagger and steady my bow but Clove slams into me knocking me to the ground. The air is knocked out of my body in one swoosh. Her knees pinned my shoulders to the ground. I thrash against her and scream. She punches my windpipe cutting my voice. She frantically look around and turn back to me. " Well , well, well," she taunts. I shruggle again. she leans more in to me putting more wieght on me. " what do we have here," she says. I know what she wants . she wants my pack. Over my dead body. she opens her jacket showing her array of knifes. She carefully selects a cruel looking knife.  I struggle and thrash. She puches my schest leaving me gasping for air. " stay still ," she growls. I hope it's quick when she kills me. She holds my face and turn it left to right. I try to bite her hand . she smacks me. she smiles and bring the knife to my throat. this is it. I close my eyes and hold my breathe. Suddenly her wait is lifted off me and i hear her scream. " Cato !"  i open my eayes and see he bot from Ditcict 11 holdind her. Next i hear a crack and clove falls lifelessly to the ground. " Now we're even." he says .

Rue's Demise : Katniss

" ' Sing,' she says but I barely catch the word."

I heard her before I saw her. " Katniss ! " she screamed. I ran as fast as I could smacked tree's and branches on the way. She was tangled in a net. My heart stuttered in my chest. The net was strong and black. A bot appered out of the bushes and shot a spear throught her. " Rue" i gasped and it took a second for me to ready an arrow and shoot it through his neck. I ran to her and let her down. Her body curved around the spear. " no, no, no," i sobbed as i pulled her into me arms. I knew she wasnt going to survive. Tears ran down my face silently. I held her in my arms and rocked back and forth. " stay with me," I encouraged softly. She looked at me with sleepy eyes. I knew she wanst going to survived but i willed her any way. " Come Rue, stay with me ." Rue hand softly touched my face making the tears roll faster. please dont go. I sobbed in my head. I continued to rock back and forth. " Katniss," she whipsered. It was so low I hade to strain to listen. " Yes" i whispered back holding her to me. " Sing," she said. I close my eyes blocking out everything but Rue and I. I sang. I sang untill the forest became quiet and all you could hear was the wind. Rue closed her eyes and her breathing stopped I continued to sing untill the song was over. I laid her down ang gathered flowers to surroud her body. I arranged them as tears stained the petals. i kissed her softly and backed away.

The Tracker Jacker Scene : Katniss

 " It's now or never "

Katniss took a deep breathe and started cutting. The tracker jacker nest was not awoke. Her hand began to blister from the back and forth motion of the knife. the distict 1 people were sleep , right below the nest. She had to go faster befor the nest woke. The nest was beginning to awake making Katinss go faster. Katniss cut as fast as she could throught that thick branch. One tracker jacker came awake and came out of the nest. It stung her. " Aaah," she hissed as she felt the sting grew in pain. She continued to cut and cut. I gotta keep going she thought as another stung her on the knee. back and forth. back and forth. she thought . the buzzing became louder , making her cut faster. The thick brach finally became week. Another stung her on her cheek. Katniss kicked repeatlely on the branch untill it crack and fell. The tracker Jacker nest cracked open and the flew out with a vengenace. They flew out and stung those down below. Katniss watched as they screamed and scambled below. Some cursing other running toward the water. Katniss calmly got down from the tree and surveyed the area. She saw her. The girl from Ditrict 1 dead. Green oozing out of the stangs. Katniss stomach rumbled from the sight. She looked around for anything that can help her. She spotted the arrows on the girl from District 1.  you can do it Katniss. Dont be a punk. Katniss pepped talk herself. She held her nose and turned her over to get the arrows. The smell hit her. She almost threw up beut held it in. she heard the splashing of the water and quickly retrieved the arrows. she turned towrd her camp and ran.
